Spaghetti ala Buzara

Ingredients
- 5 fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, diced
- 0.5g of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Dash of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 250g spaghetti
Method
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, then add the prawns and cook till they turn red.
Add a splash of white wine and a bit of water and cook for 5-7 minutes while adding salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti until it is al dente
Toss it with the sauce and mix well. Garnish with more freshly chopped parsley and serve.
