We will furnish you with three reusable 'Q Reserved' tent cards to be placed on tables reserved for theQguides.com customers |

We will also furnish you with comment slips for use by diners who have forgotten their printed booking slips (only to be presented when diner forgets to bring along the print out confirmation slip) |

theQguides.com diners will be asked for their printed booking slips or comment slips (to be filled in with booking ID and name by customer) upon presentation of the bill |

Attach the booking slip OR comment slip with booking information to the bill for later cross-checking |
 |
Please note that the booking slip and comment slip must be attached to the correct invoice to avoid future disputes |
