The aptly — and adroitly — named Moxie is poised to rev up the relatively sedate Plaza Damansara area, not least because its food is not designed with the faint-hearted in mind. Go hungry, in order to fully appreciate the many signature dishes that will vie for your attention. If cholesterol is not a consideration (cholesterol? What cholesterol?), must-try starters include the Welsh rarebit foie gras and the blue crab slaw (so named because the salmon gravlax-wrapped claw is served with blue cheese salad), to be followed by the Moxie burger, which comes either plain (although that’s a matter of opinion!) or with foie gras.
