Cava's Mediterranean-themed menu has been a great success amongst diners, and quite often the restaurant is heaving when neighbouring outlets are quiet as ghost towns. And why not? The food is prepared with confidence and whilst menu items may not be first in the line to win awards in originality, the are nonetheless supremely tasty and consistent in quality. The Moroccan braised lamb shanks dish is a winner, as are the hot and spicy deep-fried calamari and most of the tapas dishes. Pop open a bottle of prosecco, kick back, and revel in the intimate, informal setting that makes Cava a no-brainer choice for an easy night out.
