This unpretentious neighbourhood pub has enjoyed considerable - and deserved - success since its opening livened up the relatively sedate 'hood of Taman Tun a couple of years ago. Drinks are fairly priced, whilst the pub grub is mostly pretty good. Apart from the usual pub staples like crispy whitebait and fish and chips, there are also some surprises (blue cheese mushrooms and liver pate) which add zest and colour to an already delicious menu. And if that's not ample reason to drop in, then the company of gregarious publican Geoff Siddle and his band of merry brothers should more than suffice.
