| How do I earn points? |
| For every successful dine in with a minimum value spent, points will be accorded to you. Earn double points for advance booking. |
| Where do I check my points? |
| It is in the My Account page after you sign in. You may also update your Account and check your bookings there. |
| Will I be able to cancel or change my bookings? |
| Yes, go to My Account and make the necessary changes or cancellation there. |
| Will my points be deducted if I cancel my booking? |
| Points will only be accorded upon each successful dine in with a minimum value spent. |
| Will I still earn points if I don’t dine in after booking online? |
| No, points will only be accorded upon each successful dine in. |
| What if I have a last minute booking for a 'QQ' restaurant? |
| You will get lesser points for last minute booking for a 'QQ' restaurant. |
| Will I still get the points if I do not review after I dined in the restaurant? |
| No. In order to earn your points, you have to submit your review on the restaurant you have dined in. |
| What is the difference between a ‘Q’ restaurant and a ‘QQ’ restaurant? |
| Different points will be given for booking a ‘Q’ restaurant and ‘QQ’ restaurant. You earn double points when you book a ‘QQ’ restaurant. Please click points allocation table for breakdown. |
| How many times should I book before I can start to redeem? |
| You would already earn 100 points when you sign up with theQguides.com. You will need to book at least 6 times with a ‘Q’ restaurant before you can start to redeem. Lessen your booking times and double up your points when you book a ‘QQ’ restaurant. |
| What are the minimum points to make redemption? |
| You will need a minimum of 700 points to redeem a RM30.00 meal voucher of your choice. |
| What is the minimum spending to earn the points? |
| You must spend at least RM50 on your total bill for a minimum of 2 pax. |
| What happens if the restaurant of my choice is not listed in the restaurant directory? |

Only when you have logged in, click ‘awesome restaurant to add’ under the Restaurant Directory and fill in your recommended choice of restaurant and submit to us. |
| Will my points be credited into my account immediately after I review? |
| Your points will reflect as floating points after you have dined and reviewed. All points will be credited after the 10th of the following month. |
| What do I have to do after my booking is confirmed? |
| You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS. Print the confirmation slip and present to the restaurant when you dine. Keep the SMS for record until after you have dined. |
| Do I have to keep the restaurant receipt? |
| Yes, it is advisable to do so to avoid any disputes later. |
| What if the booking is made by me for my friend? |
| You will receive the confirmation email and your friend will receive the SMS. You may want to forward the confirmation email to your friend to print out and bring along to the restaurant. |
| How will the restaurant know if I booked via theQguides.com or not? |
| Once your booking is confirmed, the restaurant would already have your booking record. It is important for you to present the confirmation print out and mention that you booked under theQguides.com when you dine. |
| What if I forget to print the confirmation slip? |
| It is therefore important to retain your SMS confirmation as well. |
| Does the SMS work for all mobile numbers? |
| At current, SMS will be sent to Malaysian mobile numbers only. |
